Dianne Bub
has over 20 years experience in accounting and taxation in both the
public and private sectors. She has spent the past five years as a Tax
Manager at Grijalva & Allen, P.C. She also spent five years as a
Tax Accountant with Garza, Garza, & Co., a firm that G&A purchased
in 1995. Her responsibilities at G&A include the preparation of
personal and corporate federal and state income tax returns and related
accounting and compliance issues. Prior to public accounting Ms. Bub
spent ten years in the Oil & Gas Industry, working with accounting
systems design, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis and reporting.
Over the past years
Dianne has also worked with diverse groups of people in community, women's
and church organizations, serving on various boards and committees as
an active participant and chairperson. She also founded a non-profit
organization to assist the homeless in West Houston, serving on the
Board of Directors in various capacities.
Dianne is a graduate
of the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. She has a Bachelor
of Business Administration and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is a Certified
Public Accountant.
