David Vasquez
is our Director of Business Development. He was formerly the owner of
a construction company specializing in site preparation and concrete
work. He was also Director of Business Development for a government
contracting firm in Maryland. David is a graduate of St. Mary's University
in San Antonio and an officer of the Hispanic Contractors Association
in Houston.
