Kim & Grijalva,
J.V. was organized in 1995 to bid on and provide management consulting
services to the Resolution Trust Corporation and the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation. The joint venture has two equal partners - Kim
& Lee and GRIJALVA & ALLEN, P.C. Kim & Lee is a Korean American CPA
firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California. They provide audit, tax
and consulting services to clients in the western United States, Korea,
and Mexico. Their client base includes a number of banks. The joint
venture successfully bid and completed just one project - a review of
salary and compensation payments made to key executives of a financial
institution which purchased the assets of a failed thrift. The work
was done for the Office of Inspector General of the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation.
