Computer
Facilities Management Services (SIC# 7376)
G&A and/or its Principals have played an integral
role in the day-to-day management of several computer facilities.
As the Controller of the international division of a Fortune 1000
company, Tony Grijalva was directly involved in the design and implementation
of management information systems in several subsidiaries overseas.
As a Partner with an international CPA firm, John Allen oversaw the
firm's operation of over twenty RTC receiverships. Nearly each one
had computer facilities which had to be managed until the information
on the systems could be converted to one of the RTC's systems of record.
John directly supervised this work at six of the receiverships, placing
special emphasis on maintaining efficient on-going operations while
at the same time completing a myriad of tasks required to successfully
convert and consolidate systems.
GRIJALVA & ALLEN, P.C. also staffed the REOMS Maintenance Unit for
the RTC's Gulf Coast Consolidated Office from late 1992 to June 1993.
Under the terms fo this contract, we were responsible for reviewing
and updating fields on a nationwide database containing information
on REO properties held for sale.
Through our Jaynes Reitmeier + Grijalva joint venture, G&A was also
involved in the management and staffing of computer facilities at
Western Federal Savings Bank in Marina Del Rey, California. This was
a $4.0 billion institution that failed in September 1994. We provided
all data processing personnel from March 1995 until the institution
was consolidated into the RTC office in Newport Beach this past November.
