Support Management Services (SIC# 8744)
G&A's operation of the Houston and Corpus Christi MBDCs for the U.S.
Department of Commerce is an example of our relevant experience in
providing Facility Support Maintenance Services. MBDA contracts with
G&A under a cooperative agreement to manage and staff the center.
We in turn commit to operate the program within their guidelines and
to meet certain performance standards. We are now in our third year
of operating each center.
Other relevant Facility Support Maintenance Services experience includes
services rendered to the RTC by both G&A, its Jaynes Reitmeier + Grijalva
joint venture, and one of the Principals with a previous employer.
In California, for example, the RTC outsourced to Jaynes Reitmeier
+ Grijalva the day-to-day management of nearly 100 subsidiaries. They
also contracted with us to provide all of the staffing, some 200 people,
to man the Western Fed receivership. In Georgia they outsourced the
bulk of Loans and Other Assets to a JR+G team of 25-30 people.
In Texas, G&A managed and manned the CTM journal entry process for
the RTC's Gulf Coast Consolidated Office. As a subcontractor to three
other firms, we also helped manage and staff consolidated receivership
sites in Dallas and Houston. At both of these locations, we were directly
involved in asset management, loan administration, data processing,
accounting, and reporting.
